Heuristic Playgroup for your baby
Whilst the mums are chatting, your baby can explore open-ended heuristic play materials. Bachelor qualified early childhood teacher, Kirsty Foster, will teach you how to create your own heuristic play basket for your baby to explore each week.
Weekly Parenting Workshops
Each week Family Coach, Kirsty Foster will facilitate a parenting workshop designed to empower you to feel more confident, capable and proud of your unique style of parenting.

Discover the concepts of heuristic play & sensitive periods. Learn how to create your very own heuristic play basket for your baby to enjoy each week.
WEEK 2
How to Parent Like You
Learn how to develop your own set of family values and use these as a guide to all of your parenting decisions.
WEEK 3
Self-Care for Mums
Your family doesn't want 'what's left of you', they want 'the best of you'. Learn how to be a devoted mum and still dedicate time to care for yourself.
WEEK 4
Sleep
We will trouble shoot any sleep challenges that you may be having and discuss how we can set you up for success in the sleep department.
WEEK 5 - 10
Group's Choice
You get to choose what topic we cover. What are you finding challenging right now? What would you like to learn more about?

Is it COVID-Safe?

Each family will sit on their own picnic blanket (socially distanced)

Families will be asked to miss a session if they are presenting any COVID symptoms. Kirsty will call you to present the workshop via phone.
What if I have a toddler too?

If you have a toddler, of course he/she is welcome to join you! I will leave some of the toddler nature play materials out for your toddler to explore.
How old should my baby be?

You're welcome to bring your baby/child of any age. The information provided in the workshops is targeted at babies aged 0-12 months.
What are Kirsty's Qualifications?
